Tentative Schedule:
- 12-12:30 Check in
- 1-2 Warm up and Individual Technique
- 2-3 Drills
- 3-4 Game Situation
- 4-4:15 Water/Snack Break (snacks must be brought by participant)
- 4:14-5 Scrimmage
